We’re transparent with our customers from the outset. We want our tenants to have a clear view of exactly what they’re paying for on a monthly basis – and we never make any additional charges, so the monthly fee is the only thing you need to remember!

How much do offices cost to rent?

The rental cost will vary depending on a number of factors, including:

With WorkPad, you’ll only need to pay a monthly rental fee once you’ve signed your lease.

What size are the WorkPad office spaces?

Our offices vary in size – but we cater for all sizes of companies across all of our locations.

 

That’s everything from one person to 100+.

How much is the deposit?

We hold one month’s rental fee as a deposit.

 

So, again, the size of the deposit depends on the monthly fee – which varies from office to office.

What are the benefits of a WorkPad office?

What internet is offered?

All of our serviced office locations across London are fully kitted out with super-fast fibre internet. This includes both wired and wireless access on your own network.
